April is a good month.
This year it is especially good, with Easter in it.
Easter is complicated.
We have two families, and usually have two dinners. I hate having to miss out on any family from either side, so we get stuffed like turkeys and bear it. It really is worth it in quality family time alone.
My favorite furry friend, Ewok was born April 14th. This is her first birthday coming up, and I am pretty excited about it. The bone I want to get her is bigger than she is!
The hubby is also born in April, on the 16th. This year he is 44. We have plans to go to my in-laws, and eat the most amazing cake I have ever eaten! If you're Italian, you've probably had it too.
The last wonderful thing to happen to my family for April is our move. Oh, we're not moving far, only upstairs, but a stressful move doesn't matter the distance. The upside is we have all the time we want to do it.
And don't forget to get your taxes done!!!! We may not have the IRS in Canada, but we still have to fill in our taxes annually just like every one else. And ironically for April too.

ReplyDeleteAt least you have all the time you need to make the move, that should help relieve a bit of stress. But moving is always a chore.
