Yanni's first instrumental release of original compositions in over eight years and is a return to the genre Yanni helped create and advance.

“I work the rhythms in this album,” explains Yanni about the new material. “There is a beautiful complexity in these rhythms, a new sound design. I think the melodic content is very strong and very memorable. I was having fun with this album and that’s going to become apparent.”

My Opinion:
I have enjoyed Yanni for years. That instrumental sound is soothing, easy-listening and beautiful when you need to relax and unwind.
I listened to each song on the album, and preferred the ones without a voice. Except for the one with the opera. Thankfully there were only 3 tracks with a voice.
The track I disliked and skipped half way through is Can't Wait.
My most favorite track is Voyage. It's dark and lovely!!!
I also liked Truth of Touch, Flash of color and O Luce Che Brilla Nell Obscurita.
